If you have a genuine medical problem with your skin (like acne) and you’re looking for help, go to a qualified dermatologist instead and save your money.Although some members of the team care about the client (who are also no longer working there), others staff are more concerned about the sale. For experiences with the later, my face wasn’t cleaned properly between treatments I felt pressured to have. I have been left with extensive boxcar acne scarring due to painful extractions other, more caring members of the team handled with care. For context, I have never experienced boxcar scarring previously to seeing some of the staff here.At the time of purchasing one of their courses of treatment, nowhere on their website or app specified about a refund policy. After around a year, I’m still waiting to hear back about approx. £600 as I had to stop attending for medical reasons. This may have been a blessing in disguise.Be mindful they’re a service who needs sales to survive, and for some people the commission is more important than looking after the client’s best interest.As I have had positive experiences here as well, 1 star is given. It’s a shame those staff are no longer there and the good is overshadowed by the bad.
I was recommended for laser treatment here late last year. After two sessions of my purchased course, I can already see a difference in hair reduction and am so pleased with the results. The ladies are so welcoming and friendly and make the procedure as comfortable and easy as possible. Thank you so much, I can’t wait to see the final results!

I was a new client and was going to have a facial and LED Therapy. I was taken upstairs and Sara talked me through what was going to happen. Afterwards, my skin felt soft and was glowing and I felt very relaxed..I would recommend this salon, and I will definitely be returning there.

My back massage and facial were absolutely wonderful. I visited Champneys on a Spa Day several months ago and paid over £100 for a facial. It was an “in out and next please” experience and not a patch on the treatment I received yesterday.
I have been visiting cheek Medispa for a few months now- and the difference in my skin is quite remarkable- even my husband has noticed.It’s clearer than ever before and more glowing- is the only way I can think to describe it!Gemma was great in recommending the treatment that would work best for me (not what I have been doing at other salons for years- and originally had booked at Cheek) - she went over my daily routine, again suggesting improvements. I appreciated her advice, how knowledgeable she was and from the outset trying to do what was best for my skin and not just trying to sell me treatments/ products.I have since also had Hannah and Sara complete my facial treatments- I only have high praise for both!The results, are noticeable - I am often complemented by friends, colleagues- I am so pleased and look forward to my next course of treatments! I cannot recommend enough and often do to people I know!
