Olivia took right care of me and answered all questions with ease, tailoring my treatment based on my skin issues. A lovely decollete massage and mask consistency was amazing. Incredible microdermabrasion facial in beautiful environment. The efforts they’ve made to put customers at ease around covid is visible and all without taking away from the stylish surroundings. I have just had my consultation, patch test and first laser hair removal treatment. Not only was Kelly absolutely lovely she was extremely knowledgable. The treatment itself was rather pleasant compared the waxing I'm used to. The Spa is a lovely clean and inviting environment in a great location too. I don't think I could've chosen a nicer place for this treatment - Highly recommended!

I signed up for a course of 6 treatments for B-Tonic to reduce body fat and tone muscles and I was delighted with the outcome.It was pain free, caused no damage to my skin surface and minimum effort to achieve outstanding results through the electromagnetic waves. The staff are friendly and welcoming and were keen to make sure I got the best from the treatment I was having. Definitely worth a try!

My first visit back to Cheek since lock down and it was amazing. So clean, so well prepared and I felt safer there than anywhere else. The precautions taken are better than any supermarket or pub!Francesca and Kelly were on duty today and Fran worked wonders to rescue and reform my nails back to their former lock down glory! I had a manicure. pedicure and waxing done today and all to the very high standards that Cheek are known for.Lovely to see the girls again and thank you for not only making me feel safe but also feel back to my best.Let's hope the government realises that the beauty industry isn't about being vain, it helps our mindsets and makes us feel a little bit more positive during these unprecedented times.Top service, top quality, top team!

Been coming here for years and, even as staff has rotated (although not frequent at all), they have been consistent with their quality and high standards, as the owner ensures everyone is thoroughly trained and constantly up to date with the new equipment. Everyone has they're specialty of course, it's just about finding that out so you have the best for each of your wants but ultimately each beautician is all singing, all dancing and the atmosphere is best described as a community of warmth, exceptional professionalism and 5 star customer service! Couldn't recommend enough!

The consultation allowed them to recommend products and a treatment plan that would suit me best based on my skin. The products used were amazing and left my skin glowing as opposed to feeling greasy, and best of all it looked much clearer after 1 TREATMENT! Olivia took right care of me and answered all questions with ease, tailoring my treatment based on my skin issues. A lovely decollete massage and mask consistency was amazing. I couldn't recommend them more, a fantastic team of wonderful, caring and skilled women. Thank you for looking after me and bringing back my confidence xx

Always happy with the finished results, irrespective of which member of staff has carried out the shellac procedure.
